Divided into two cabinet compartments, the robust banquet trolley features precise, powerful compressor cooling (digitally controllable) and a circulating air fan. It is used for safe transport, keeping food cold until ready to serve, and simultaneously serving food in GN or plate formats. This provides greater flexibility and perfect food quality for every banquet – from portioning to consumption. Reliable interior cooling is ensured by an evaporator installed above and a chiller with condensate evaporation below.
GN 2/1 grids and GN containers can be inserted directly into the cabinet compartments. Pre-portioned plates can be transported on the grids using additional plate carriers (for 6 plates) with cloches for optimal food protection.
In addition, space-efficient assembly with GN containers and GN-thermoplates®, in combination with the transport-safe, watertight plug-in lid or for vacuum with the vaculid® lid.
Can be retrofitted with a CHECK sensor for seamless and automatic temperature documentation during transport. The QR code enables unique identification and connection to the CHECK CLOUD. Rust-proof, high-quality, hygienic stainless steel (inside & out).
