The warming tray is insulated and electrically heated (wet-heated). It is equipped with a ball valve with a downward-facing outlet. The control panel features an on/off switch and a thermostat for temperature control (from +30 to +110 °C). The warming tray's panel is designed for installation under an existing cover. The warming tray is hung from above into the existing cover cutout.
The warming tray is suitable for GN containers up to max. GN 1/1, 200 mm - ideal for storing, preserving and dispensing food.
To avoid blockages and ensure uninterrupted drainage, the stainless steel drain strainer, which can be inserted into the drain pipe, is suitable.
Stainless steel, absolutely food-safe, odorless, antibacterial and hygienic.
The warming tray has a circumferential flange and rounded corners.
