This special shelf trolley is ideal as an efficient and mobile preparation station for hygienic cutting of food on the non-slip Profboard cutting board integrated into the work surface above. The cut food can be transferred directly to the GN containers below via the chutes, without any additional steps. It also serves as a convenient, mobile aid for temporarily storing and transporting food within the GN system. The two-part design provides twice the number of support rails.
The shelf support rails can be efficiently equipped with GN containers and GN-thermoplates®, in combination with the transport-safe, watertight plug-in lid, or with the vaculid® lid for vacuum storage. They are also compatible with all GN trays, GN grids, and GN trays for multifunctional use.
On request also with antistatic rollers to prevent electrostatic charging or with galvanized rollers.
For the overall mobile concept, it is perfect in combination with other mobile products, such as thermoport® made of plastic and stainless steel as well as transport and dispensing trolleys.
The included Profboard cutting board can be equipped with different colored overlays for color coding and differentiating different foods (fish/meat/vegetables, etc.).
