The energy-efficient induction cooking kettle can be used universally for boiling, simmering, frying, steaming, and deep-frying. The kettle is also mobile and easy to use, with continuously adjustable power levels from 1-11 and a capacity of 86 liters.
The difference in terms of energy efficiency compared to conventional kettles lies in the inductively heated base plate made of SWSISS|PLY multi-layer material. This conducts heat particularly quickly and evenly, with an optimal energy utilization of 16 amps and 10 kW.
In just 50 minutes, 65 liters of water can be heated to +98 °C and in about 4 minutes the multi-layer plate reaches a grill temperature of +250 °C.
The well-insulated lid is equipped with a pressure relief opening and a snap-in locking bracket and integrated swivel joint, which can be fixed to an opening angle of approx. 70°, for safe operation.
In the energy-efficient induction cooking kettle, food can be prepared in large containers directly in the base of the kettle with a capacity of 86 liters, but also easily in smaller containers with insertable GN containers with SWISS|PLY multi-layer base or GN-thermoplates®, for minimal cleaning effort, as the kettle itself remains clean.
