The functionally designed tabletop unit in 1/1 GN format with an electronically controlled, energy-saving, and powerful induction cooktop, divided into two separate zones, is used for reheating cold or hot food, keeping food warm, cooking, steaming, or roasting with GN thermoplates®. Power level 1 features a melting function for energy-optimized melting of food. Level 2 allows food to be conveniently and gently kept warm. Levels 3-9 allow for every type of food preparation, from reheating to grilling, boiling, or steaming. It also includes automatic pan detection, automatic boil-up, a bridging function, a boost function for even more power, and a safe automatic shut-off to limit operating time.
Combined with the thermoplates® GN cooking pot made of unique SWISS-PLY multi-layer material, it ensures the highest food quality. The material combines aluminum at its core, with up to 10 times better conductivity (cold/hot) than pure stainless steel, for significant energy savings during use, with the hygienic advantages of stainless steel.
For an attractive look on the stylish K|POT®, the GN-thermoplates® C in a catering design with rounded corners are perfect. The stylish cooking and buffet lids offer matching GN lid variants for keeping food warm and providing hygienic protection during serving.
