The functionally designed 2/3 GN-sized tabletop unit with an electronically controlled, energy-saving ceramic hob is used for automatic reheating of cold or hot food, keeping food warm, boiling, steaming, or roasting with GN thermoplates®. The predefined programs with 12 functions always ensure perfect results at the touch of a button. Program levels P1-P6 heat and reheat precooked foods to perfection, with automatic transition to keep-warm mode. Three keep-warm levels allow food to be gently kept at the desired temperature with a constant heat supply, ensuring perfect quality even after extended holding times. In addition, power levels 4-6 allow for frying, grilling, boiling, or steaming, making front-loading cooking possible anywhere.
Combined with the thermoplates® GN cooking pot made of unique SWISS-PLY multi-layer material, it ensures the highest food quality. The material combines aluminum at its core, with up to 10 times better conductivity (cold/hot) than pure stainless steel, for significant energy savings during use, with the hygienic advantages of stainless steel.
For an appealing look on the stylish K|POT®, the GN-thermoplates® C in a catering design with rounded corners are perfect. The stylish cooking and buffet lids offer matching GN lid variants for keeping food warm and providing hygienic protection during serving.
