The two cooking programs with the desired chamber or core temperature, thanks to the integrated core temperature sensor, allow for precise preparation without drying out, thanks to adjustable humidification. Additionally, a cooling function is available, thanks to the pure convection program and the insertion of GN 1/1 cooling pellets. All programs can be saved, ensuring perfect food quality every time.
