Rieber platform stacker - convection heated GN 2/1

The platform dispenser features powerful, adjustable circulating air heating for warming, temporarily storing, and transporting a variety of dishes* on a tray or in 5 or 8 stainless steel dish baskets*. The spring force can be easily adjusted manually according to the weight of the dishes. It also features integrated overheating protection for perfect safety and a stainless steel lid for hygienic protection of the dishes*.

Available accessories include stainless steel crockery baskets or a GN 2/1 insert tray with slotted holes, allowing crockery items to be stacked directly on the support frame. It's also extra robust and can be upgraded with a fully enclosed bumper guard.
