The robust tray trolley with a centrally divided cabinet, precise and powerful compressor cooling (digitally controllable) and a circulating air fan, is designed for safe transport and keeping food cold while serving. Reliable interior cooling is ensured by a centrally installed evaporator and a chiller with condensate evaporation below.
The tray-shaped meals can be directly inserted into the two divided compartments on GN/EN trays (max. 40 GN/EN trays). This provides greater flexibility and perfect food quality in food distribution – from portioning to consumption. Suitable for off-premises transport, on trucks, and for electric tractors using the appropriate coupling and drawbar system.
Can be retrofitted with a CHECK sensor for seamless and automatic temperature documentation during transport. The QR code enables unique identification and connection to the CHECK CLOUD. Rust-proof, high-quality, hygienic stainless steel (inside & out).
