The mobile front loader, with a standard door and a heated circulating air heater, can be flexibly moved to any serving location and quickly stocked on-site to create a complete serving canteen. The food is safely transported and kept warm inside the trolley and can be dispensed/served directly from the suspended GN containers via the removable lid at the top and the fold-out GN support frames at the side. Refilling is quick and easy from the interior. It can be flexibly expanded with other mobile Rieber system products, such as serving trolleys.
The door with additional convection heating can be swapped for a neutral or active functional door in seconds. The hybrid door (140°C) with two separately digitally controllable convection heaters is ideal for mobile and fully functional regeneration/preparation. It offers selectable programs for keeping food cold and warm simultaneously or separately, as well as for regeneration and cooking. All door options allow for additional cooling by inserting GN 1/1 cooling pellets. The neutral door is suitable for transport and keeping food warm. Another optional accessory is the hinged and lockable spit guard on the guest side.
All Rieber thermoport® containers made of plastic and stainless steel can be stacked together and placed on transport or serving trolleys. They can be equipped with GN containers and GN thermoplates®, in combination with the transport-safe, watertight plug-in lid, or with the vaculid® lid for low-temperature vacuum cooking.
Can be retrofitted with a CHECK sensor for seamless and automatic temperature documentation during transport. The QR code enables unique identification and connection to the CHECK CLOUD. Rust-proof, high-quality, hygienic stainless steel (inside & out).
