The mobile front loader with two completely separate temperature zones is used for the safe transport of hot and chilled food in a GN system. The mobile hybrid kitchen ensures the highest food quality and absolute transport safety.
In the upper section, food can be kept warm by a powerful, digitally controlled, precise circulating air heater. The lower section has a neutral area for passive cooling by inserting GN 1/1 cooling pellets.
Space-efficient loading with GN containers and GN-thermoplates®, combined with the transport-safe, watertight plug-in lid, or for low-temperature vacuum cooking with the vaculid® lid, is possible. An additional cooling option is also available in the upper area with the insertion of GN 1/1 cooling pellets; the pure recirculation mode distributes the cold air evenly throughout the interior.
Rieber thermoport® made of plastic and stainless steel can be stacked together and placed on Rieber transport or serving trolleys – for non-slip and safe transport.
The transport lock is also particularly recommended for thermoport® stainless steel.
Can be retrofitted with a CHECK sensor for seamless and automatic temperature documentation during transport. The QR code enables unique identification and connection to the CHECK CLOUD. Rust-proof, high-quality, hygienic stainless steel (inside & out).
