The thermoport® canteen Hybrid 140° heatable door is ideal for mobile, fully functional reheating/preparing with two separately digitally controllable circulating air heaters. It features selectable programs for keeping food cold and warm simultaneously or separately, as well as reheating and cooking. The cooking programs can be set to the desired chamber or core temperature using an integrated core temperature sensor. It features adjustable humidification for precise preparation without drying out. It also features a cooling function using the pure circulating air program and the option to insert GN 1/1 cooling pellets. The hybrid program combines this cooling function in the upper area with a simultaneous warming function, including humidification, in the lower area. By inserting the insulated divider included in the set, the two areas are thermally separated. This means that even with the 2-chamber program, two warming/cooking areas with different temperatures can be separated, with humidification in the lower area. All programs can be saved, ensuring perfect food quality at all times.
