The Ultra Stacker features two powerful, adjustable convection heaters for heating, temporarily storing, and transporting warming bowls in two tubes. The spring force can be easily adjusted manually according to the weight of the dishes. It also features integrated overheating protection for perfect safety and stainless steel hinged lids for hygienic protection of the warming bowls.
Available as accessories are the SJ-255-Ultra warming bowls (max. 92 pieces) with a warming base featuring a high-storage heat core, or the SJ-255-Alu warming bowls (max. 120 pieces). They can also be upgraded with a fully enclosed shock-absorbing guard for extra robustness. Available with stainless steel casters upon request.
