The tabletop or slide-in module with a controllable and particularly powerful grill plate (full-surface) made of unique SWISS-PLY multi-layer material. The material combines aluminum at its core, with its up to 10x better conductivity (cold/hot) than pure stainless steel, for significant energy savings during use, with the hygienic advantages of stainless steel. The nano-treated surface also guarantees a non-stick effect and optimally even grilling results, with continuously adjustable temperatures for gently keeping food warm, frying, and grilling. It also features a safety temperature limiter.

For use as a tabletop version in combination with additional splash protection, for a clean and hygienic work surface.

All GN 1/1 varithek® modules are standardized and can therefore be flexibly combined and exchanged, for precise insertion into the AST/EST system carriers or into the varithek® GN port.
