The acs® adjustable or tabletop module offers a balanced, harmonious, and ergonomic overall appearance with its new design. The electronically controlled, energy-saving, and particularly powerful induction cooktop (1 round zone) is used for keeping food warm, boiling, steaming, grilling, or frying, and is compatible with the GN system – for flexible preparation with the best cooking and grilling results. The sturdy, foldable aluminum handle recessed on the operator side ensures easy handling. Ventilation slots on the top and bottom provide air inlet and outlet. The air inlet opening on the floor is equipped with a plug-in, easy-to-clean aluminum mesh filter. The 11 power levels allow for every type of food preparation, from gently keeping food warm and reheating to grilling. It also includes automatic pan detection.
Combined with the thermoplates® GN cooking pot, made from unique SWISS-PLY multi-layer material, for the highest food quality. The material combines aluminum at its core, with up to 10 times better conductivity (cold/hot) than pure stainless steel, for significant energy savings during use, with the hygienic advantages of stainless steel. The matching lid options for keeping food warm and providing hygienic protection when serving include the waterproof push-in lid and the stylish cooking and buffet lid (buffet lid for the tabletop version). Designed specifically for wok cooking, it's perfect in combination with the matching wok attachment and round wok pan, or with a flat wok pan without a wok attachment.
All varithek® modules are standardized and can therefore be flexibly combined and exchanged, for precise adjustment in acs® front cooking stations or as a table-top unit on any standard worktop.
