The acs® adjustable or tabletop module offers a balanced, harmonious, and ergonomic overall appearance with its new design. The particularly powerful and separately controllable sections of the grill plate, made of unique SWISS-PLY multi-layer material, combine aluminum at its core with the hygienic advantages of stainless steel and up to 10x better conductivity. Increased energy efficiency is achieved through state-of-the-art induction technology, which applies to both separate grilling areas across the entire surface. The device automatically switches to energy-saving mode (ECO Mode) when power is reduced and heats up to the preset temperature when power is not used. The LED button (ECO boost on) on the control panel offers the option of manual heating when power is reduced. The nano-treated surface also guarantees non-stick properties and optimally even grilling results, with continuously adjustable temperatures for gentle warming, frying, and grilling. It also features a safety temperature limiter.
For use as a tabletop version in combination with additional splash protection, for a clean and hygienic work surface (not necessary when used in acs®).
By expanding with the leveling foot extension set, a corresponding deeper GN 2/4 grease collection container (40 mm) can be integrated, thus allowing longer operating times without changing the grease collection container.
All varithek® modules are standardized and can therefore be flexibly combined and exchanged, for precise adjustment in acs® front cooking stations or as a table-top unit on any standard worktop.
