The sturdy support bracket for all GN 1/1 varithek® modules can be welded into serving systems, such as the varithek buffet, or securely hung in a cover cutout. Depending on the required size, it is available as a single EST or up to five integrated ESTs. With optimally balanced ledge spacing for the GN system used.

By flexibly inserting the GN 1/1 varithek® modules onto the provided support ledges, the serving functions can be expanded – depending on the module, from keeping food warm, boiling, steaming to grilling or roasting. For preparation with direct contact heat, in combination with the thermoplates® GN cooking pot made of unique SWISS-PLY multi-layer material, it ensures the highest food quality. The material combines aluminum at its core, with up to 10 times better conductivity (cold/hot) than pure stainless steel, for significant energy savings during use, with the hygienic advantages of stainless steel. The waterproof plug-in lid and the stylish cooking lid offer matching lid variants for keeping food warm and for hygienic protection during serving.

All GN 1/1 varithek® modules are standardized and can therefore be flexibly combined and exchanged, for precise insertion into the AST/EST system carriers or into the varithek® GN port.
