The acs® adjustable or tabletop module with a controllable and particularly powerful grill plate (full-surface, 2 zones) made of unique SWISS-PLY multi-layer material. The material combines aluminum at its core, with up to 10x better conductivity (cold/hot) than pure stainless steel, for significant energy savings during use, with the hygienic advantages of stainless steel. The nano-treated surface also guarantees a non-stick effect and optimally even grilling results, with continuously adjustable temperatures for gently keeping food warm, frying, and grilling. It also features a safety temperature limiter.
The radiant heaters heat the two separate grill areas over their entire surface and, thanks to the 6 integrated control sensors, ensure high energy efficiency in partial load operation.
For use as a tabletop version in combination with additional splash protection, for a clean and hygienic work surface (not necessary when used in acs®).
By expanding with the leveling foot extension set, a corresponding deeper GN 2/4 grease collection container (40 mm) can be integrated, thus allowing longer operating times without changing the grease collection container.
All varithek® modules are standardized and can therefore be flexibly combined and exchanged, for precise adjustment in acs® front cooking stations or as a table-top unit on any standard worktop.
