ROTARY : A rotating disc centered on an axis reaches its highest speed at the edge. The rotating motion is the most aggressive at the surface, generating high levels of friction and heat. This can cause burnout, rubbing, and rotational streaks if used improperly. In the hands of a skilled technician, a rotary tool operates with the least vibration of all motion types. However, it takes some time to learn how to use this tool properly. The rotating motion is most commonly used for polishing.
ANTI-VIBRATION HANDLE
An innovative loop handle allows users to securely hold the polisher at different angles, for greater precision and stability during the polishing process. The soft, non-slip material and special construction absorb and disperse vibrations, increasing operator comfort and protecting delicate surfaces from damage. The new loop handle is included as standard.
ANTI-VIBRATION SIDE HANDLE
A soft side handle reduces vibration during polishing and allows for comfortable handling of the polisher. The handle included with the DLX kit features a new design and special materials to absorb and disperse vibrations, and can be installed on either side as needed.
9 METERS ELECTRICAL CABLE
The durable cable, with a generous 9 meters of length, provides maximum power for safe and efficient operation of the polisher. The longer cable saves time, reduces steps, and eliminates the need for an additional extension cable when polishing a car.
ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROLLER
A completely new variable speed dial allows for speed adjustment for specific applications. The dial features larger numbers, a click-lock for speed changes, and is positioned for easy operation during the polishing process.
PROGRESSIVE THROTTLE SWITCH
For even better control, the LH19E is equipped with a progressive throttle switch. This throttle switch acts as a throttle, allowing the operator to control the speed within the dial range to precisely maintain the desired speed and quickly and seamlessly adjust it during the job if necessary.
