ROTO-ECCENTRIC FORCED GEAR : the support plate follows a circular path (the circumference of which depends on the distance between the rotation axis of the drive shaft and the central axis of the rotor disc) and simultaneously rotates forcedly around its own central axis (typically due to a gear). The number of strokes for each revolution of the disc is constant and depends on the parameters of the gear used.
Compared to the free-running eccentric movement, the movement caused by the gear is more aggressive towards surfaces and generally generates higher vibration.
CLOCKWISE ROTATION
The BIGFOOT Mille features a specially developed electric motor by RUPES. This design enables clockwise rotation, providing better control and more comfortable operation. Competing products operate based on counterclockwise movement, increasing the risk of unwanted lateral movement and premature operator fatigue.
9 METERS ELECTRICAL CABLE
The durable cable, with a generous 9 meters of length, provides maximum power for safe and efficient operation of the polisher. The longer cable saves time, reduces steps, and eliminates the need for an additional extension cable when polishing a car.
ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROLLER
A completely new variable speed dial allows for speed adjustment for specific applications. The dial features larger numbers, a click-lock for speed changes, and is positioned for easy operation during the polishing process.
PROGRESSIVE THROTTLE SWITCH
For even better control, the Mille is equipped with a progressive throttle. This new throttle design acts as a throttle, allowing the operator to control the speed within the dial range to precisely maintain the desired speed and quickly adjust it during the job if necessary.
DOUBLE RUBBER SUPPORT
Every aspect of the Mille's design was considered, even when the tool is not in use. Two rubber supports are attached to the machine housing to allow for stable storage on a table or tool cart.
