Safety and warning instructions
- Place the device only on a stable, level and ventilated surface.
- The ripening cabinet is intended for indoor use only and should be placed away from direct sunlight, moisture and heat sources.
- Ensure that the mains voltage matches the specifications on the nameplate.
Children and unauthorized persons must not operate the device or be left unattended nearby.
- This appliance may only be used for the maturation of meat. Mixing different types of maturation, such as meat, cheese, or sausage, can lead to spoilage and hygiene problems.
- During operation, the ventilation openings must not be blocked or covered to avoid overheating.
- The refrigerant is flammable. Care must be taken during transport and installation to ensure that the refrigerant circuit is not damaged.
- In the event of a refrigerant leak, ventilate the room immediately, disconnect the appliance from the power supply and avoid open flames or sparks.
- Repairs may only be carried out by qualified specialists.
- Before cleaning, maintenance or prolonged non-use, switch off the device, disconnect it from the mains power supply and allow it to cool down completely.
