Safety and warning instructions
- Place the device only on a stable, level surface.
- Ensure that the mains voltage matches the specifications on the nameplate.
Children and unauthorized persons must not operate or misuse the device.
- Ventilation slots must not be blocked or covered to avoid overheating and inefficient cooling.
- The device must not be operated near heat sources, direct sunlight or in damp rooms.
- In case of visible damage or malfunctions, stop operation immediately and contact the specialist dealer.
- The refrigerant is flammable; damage to the cooling system must be avoided at all costs. In case of a leak, ventilate the room well and avoid open flames.
- After transport or steep tilting of the device, allow it to stand for at least 24 hours before switching it on.
- Before cleaning, switch off the appliance, unplug it and allow it to defrost completely.
Never clean the device with a water jet.
Maintenance and repair work may only be carried out by qualified specialists.
- Do not use any mechanical devices or tools to speed up the defrosting process. This could damage the cooling system.
- After power outages or when the device has been disconnected from the mains, wait at least 5 minutes before putting it back into operation.
- Leave the door open only as long as necessary to avoid energy loss and impairment of cooling.
