Safety and warning instructions

Children and unauthorized persons must not operate the device or be left unattended nearby.

- When using oil or grease, never leave it unattended, as these are highly flammable.
- Ensure that the room ventilation meets the requirements. Poor ventilation can lead to dangerous gas build-up.
- Only qualified specialists may be involved in the installation and maintenance of the device.
- Do not use sprays, chemicals or flammable substances near the switched-on device.
Never clean the device with a water jet or steam cleaner; this can cause short circuits and electric shocks.
Damaged cables or plugs must not be used. Replacement must be carried out by qualified personnel.
- Before any cleaning, maintenance or if the device is not used for an extended period, switch it off, disconnect it from the mains power supply and allow it to cool down completely.
- The device must be installed in such a way that it is protected from tipping over.
- The glass cover, if present, must be cool before being closed, otherwise there is a risk of breakage.
- When opening the oven, turn your face and head away from the door to avoid steam burns.
- If a gas odor is detected, immediately close the gas valve, ventilate the room and avoid open flames.
- In case of visible damage or malfunctions, stop operation immediately and contact qualified personnel.
