Safety and warning instructions
- Place the device only on a stable, level and non-slip surface.
- Ensure that the mains voltage matches the specifications on the nameplate.
- Before first use, all packaging materials and protective films must be completely removed.
- After transport or movement, allow the device to rest for at least 24 hours before switching it on to avoid damage to the refrigerant circuit.
- The refrigerant is flammable; if the cooling circuit is damaged, ventilate the room well and avoid open flames.
- The device must not be placed near heat sources or direct sunlight.
- The ventilation slots must not be blocked to ensure optimal air circulation.
- Never clean the device with a water jet or high-pressure cleaner to avoid the risk of electric shock and short circuits.
- Clean only with a soft cloth and mild detergent; do not use abrasive or caustic agents.
Never operate the device without the cover; moving parts can cause injury.
Children and unauthorized persons must not use the device unsupervised.
- After a power outage, wait at least 5 minutes before switching the appliance back on to protect the compressor.
- Only use mixtures with a minimum sugar content of 13°Brix to avoid damage to the augers and the mechanics.
