- Before cleaning, maintenance or prolonged non-use, switch off the device, disconnect it from the mains power supply and allow it to cool down completely.
- The water bath must always be kept within the minimum and maximum fill level limits to avoid damage to the device.
- Only use vacuum-packed food in the appliance to ensure hygienic conditions.
- The inlet and outlet of the circulation pump must not be blocked to ensure even heat distribution.
- Repairs may only be carried out by qualified specialists using original spare parts.
- In case of visible damage or malfunctions, stop operation immediately and contact qualified personnel.
