The pneumatic-hydraulic workshop press is ideal for use in workshops and in processing or manufacturing areas.
Before operating the press, a pneumatic connection must first be established.
The compressed air supply on site is up to the foot control of the press.
This allows the press’s hydraulic system to be regulated.
In case of failure of the on-site pneumatic system, or for very fine adjustment of the press cylinder, the system can also be operated with the hand pump lever.
The 7-way adjustable press table is adjusted to the appropriate height using a cable winch (standard).
The press table is secured to the frame with four sturdy locking pins and the corresponding safety pins.
The continuously adjustable hydraulic press cylinder can now be brought into the correct position above the workpiece.
The pressing process can now be started.
The pressing pressure can always be monitored using the standard pressure gauge.
After the pressing process, the pressing cylinder retracts to its starting position with its integrated return spring.
