PRO PATIENT expands the proven SÖHNGEN® SEG system with another component and offers two different application possibilities: firstly, the rapid initial treatment of several injured people with the most important first aid materials in the event of a disaster, and secondly, the supply of aid among each other.
The contents of the SEG Box PRO PATIENT consist of 48 standardized care sets, individually packaged in PE bags. Each of these care sets includes, among other things, extensive accessories for injections and infusions, KONTAMED disposal containers, aluderm® dressing material, SIRIUS® rescue blanket, disposable protective gloves, and more. Depending on the number of care sets, the box also contains 48 additional attachment cards for injured patients.
The casualty card consists of a printed foil sleeve with a lanyard, easily labeled with a ballpoint pen, and an enclosed carbon copy set with a tracing function. The card is hung around the patient's neck and enables optimal identification and care of the affected person in the event of a major emergency. Emergency personnel can quickly assess the patient's condition and changes in condition, and initiate the necessary measures. Transport priority can be clearly marked using different color-coded cards, making it easily recognizable even from a distance.
All SÖHNGEN® sterile dressings have a shelf life of 20 years if the packaging is undamaged.
