Super slim suction handpiece
The Helius² impresses with its ease of use, low noise level of under 59 dB (A) and enormous performance.
The milling dust is captured directly at the milling cutter and safely separated in the fine dust filter. This allows you to work very hygienically and efficiently.
This is a world record: With a diameter of 17-22 mm, the Helius² is equipped with the slimmest handpiece. Working in a pen grip is therefore also comfortable.
The handpiece
Small diameter for comfortable handling. The suction handpiece has a diameter of only 17 mm. Thanks to the ergonomic handpiece shape, working in a pen grip is possible for extended periods without fatigue.
The slider allows you to clamp the milling cutter quickly and securely.
The clamping system
The handpiece features a unique clamping system. Pressing the button opens the internal collet, allowing the bur to be inserted without any resistance. This is particularly important with very small and sharp-edged burs to prevent injuries. Pulling back the button securely clamps the bur, ensuring it remains firmly in place even at high speeds. This secure hold also enables low-vibration operation of the bur.
Conventional clamping systems with automatic clamping, on the other hand, use a mechanism in which the milling cutters are wedged in place by means of rollers under load. With these systems, the milling cutter cannot be inserted without resistance. They are also far more sensitive to small tolerance deviations in the milling cutters. The result is often higher vibration and lower holding force.
Filter change & cleaning
As soon as the filter change indicator appears on the display, simply open the side flap and insert a new filter. The filter chamber is easily accessible and simple to open thanks to the magnetic closure. The filter bags are Class M and BIA tested.
Easy and quick user maintenance is a key feature of our handpieces. The collet can be easily removed for cleaning. Simply loosen the tip and then twist the collet out of the handpiece. The process takes less than a minute.
