A lever, powered by a gas spring, allows for both positive (almost 90°) and negative angle adjustments. This is a significant advantage during treatments involving the lumbar spine. The ergonomically shaped face cutout prevents pressure points and ensures a comfortable prone position.

Four casters can be activated using a foot pedal at the foot end of the couch, allowing the couch to be moved. High stability is achieved with the metal frame made of a high-quality steel alloy. A paper roll holder is mounted at the foot end.
