The housing is made of high-quality aluminum. A powerful circuit board controls the PORO XS. The intensity is displayed on an illuminated LCD screen and adjusted via a stainless steel rotary knob.
In addition to CE certification, comprehensive EMC certification was also carried out as part of the certification process. This certification confirms electromagnetic compatibility.
To ensure the best treatment results and avoid skin intolerances, the highest quality was also ensured in the selection of materials and processing of the treatment applicators for introducing the active ingredients.
The special roll-on head for introducing the active ingredients is made of high-quality stainless steel.
The Meso-Gold roller is made of high-quality gold-vaporized brass and also ensures optimal skin care, which in turn promotes the absorption of active ingredients and thus positively influences the treatment result.
What is mesoporation?
Mesoporation is currently the most innovative and effective method in aesthetic cosmetics for transporting active ingredients into deeper layers of the skin without damaging it. Unlike mesotherapy, which has been used for many years and involves injecting active ingredients into the skin via numerous injections, mesoporation is a gentle and completely side-effect-free alternative. With mesoporation, the skin is not injured, and therefore there are no unpleasant side effects such as infections, hematomas, rashes, and severe redness, which often led to downtime of up to a week.
The method is as simple as it is ingenious: A voltage field generated by electrical impulses can open tiny moisture channels in the skin for fractions of a second, allowing active ingredients to penetrate deeper into the skin than previously possible in cosmetics. As a result, sensational results are usually visible and noticeable after just the first treatment, and are particularly impressive due to their long-lasting effects.
What advantages does mesoporation offer compared to previously known delivery methods such as iontophoresis, ultrasound, etc.?
What makes mesoporation special is that by opening additional moisture channels, active ingredients can be introduced in higher doses and, for the first time, also in high molecular weight form. This can extend the longevity of the results many times over.

What happens during the treatment?
First, the skin is cleansed with the appropriate products. For optimal skin preparation, a fruit acid peel, an enzyme peel, and/or a diamond microdermabrasion treatment are recommended. This ensures the best possible results with mesoporation!
After appropriate preparation, we first apply the AgeDefense liposome gel to the treatment area using a comfortable roll-on applicator. Next, the special Meso Gold roller is used, which contributes to optimal skin nourishment and thus stimulates the skin to better absorb the active ingredients. In a further step, a highly concentrated hyaluronic acid/Gatuline gel is then infused into the epidermis.
Depending on the treatment area, the procedure takes approximately 30-45 minutes and is painless and free of side effects. To further optimize the results, a firming, moisturizing, and cooling hydrogel lift mask can be used in addition. This provides, among other things, a soothing deep relaxation for the skin.
To complete the treatment, a dermaceutical finishing cream should absolutely be used. This aims to protect the skin and provide it with further active ingredients from the outside.
