This slicer, made of anodized aluminum and stainless steel, is of high quality and meticulously crafted for a long service life. A quiet motor (≤60 dB) powerfully drives the sharp, hardened, ground chrome steel blade. This allows you to effortlessly slice various non-frozen products into precise slices up to 13 mm thick with smooth edges. The food is held in position on the cutting plate by the food pusher. The carriage moves very smoothly and is equipped with a plexiglass hand guard. The grooved surface on the food stop and blade cover ensures smooth guidance and easy, safe operation with minimal effort. Cleaning is quick and easy. After loosening the mounting screws, you can remove the individual parts for cleaning, clean them, and quickly reassemble them. Should the blade become dull, you can sharpen it in no time at all using the integrated blade sharpener. Simply loosen the screw and rotate the sharpening stone 180°. After locking, switch on the machine for approximately 30-40 seconds, release the grinding stone and turn it back – done!
