This compact ice maker produces up to 90 kg of crushed ice in 24 hours. All you need is a water connection and electricity. The air-cooled unit operates very efficiently. One liter of water yields 1 kg of crushed ice with a nugget size of approximately 8 x 18 x 7 mm (91% dry). The insulated storage container has a 5 kg capacity and is HFC-free. Dispensing the ice is particularly easy thanks to the push button. Any spills are collected in the drip tray, which can be easily removed for cleaning. The ice flakes, with their excellent cooling properties, are especially popular for drinks and cocktails, and are ideal for presenting chilled food items at buffets or in supermarkets.
