PURITY C is a filter system developed by BRITA specifically for use in the catering industry to ensure consistently high water quality. Depending on the blending setting, calcium, magnesium, and metal ions are selectively removed from the drinking water using a flow-through process. Furthermore, odor- and taste-impairing substances such as chlorine residues, turbidity, and organic impurities are reduced. The result is consistently high water quality. The filter cartridge reduces the carbonate hardness in the drinking water, thus preventing limescale deposits in downstream appliances. Consequently, service and repair costs can be reduced. The filter head is equipped with measuring and display electronics (MAE). After installation, you can easily and quickly program the hardness unit, water hardness, filter operating time, filter system type, and filter system size for optimal performance. The display informs you about the set parameters, the remaining capacity, and reminds you when it's time to change the filter.
