The Stalgast Aqua series dishwashers stand for efficiency, cleanliness, reliability, and ease of use. They are ideal for the catering, hotel, and institutional food service sectors. This model is designed for GN 1/1 dish racks and is suitable for porcelain, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen utensils. Thanks to a loading height of 32 cm, even larger pots or beer glasses fit easily. Two wash programs clean either lightly or heavily soiled items. The wash temperature is approximately 65 °C and the rinse temperature approximately 90 °C, ensuring hygienically clean and sparkling results in just 120 or 180 seconds. Two wash arms and two rinse arms ensure even cleaning, supported by rotating movements that meet the latest technical standards. The integrated dosing pumps dispense detergent and rinse aid sparingly and according to demand. The rinse pump optimally increases the water pressure, thus maximizing cleaning results. The robust and easy-to-clean stainless steel housing is equipped with convenient push buttons and a temperature display. After use, the drain pump automatically empties the water tank, and the removable filter makes cleaning easier. We recommend having the dishwasher installed by a professional.
