The solidly constructed Professional Strong series pizza oven, with two stacked chambers, is built using high-quality components and is ideal for professional use. The compact, superbly insulated housing is made of powder-coated steel and features a front panel with hinged stainless steel oven doors. Both chambers contain a food-safe firebrick that not only retains heat for an extended period and distributes it evenly, but also absorbs moisture. This ensures exceptionally crispy pizzas and bread. You can bake up to 18 pizzas with a diameter of 36 cm simultaneously. The oven is also versatile enough for baguettes, quiches, and other baked goods. The chambers are illuminated for easy monitoring of the baking process. With a total output of 26.4 kW, the powerful ovens heat up quickly to a temperature of 500 degrees Celsius, and the top and bottom heating elements can be controlled independently as needed.
