The compact oven, made of powder-coated steel, has a front panel with a hinged stainless steel oven door.
The interior base contains a 14 mm thick, food-safe fireclay brick that not only retains heat for an extended period and releases it evenly, but also absorbs moisture. This ensures that pizzas and bread turn out exceptionally crispy.
You can bake up to four pizzas with a diameter of 35 cm at the same time. Top and bottom heat can be controlled separately as needed, at temperatures up to 500 degrees.
