The great advantage of this crêpe maker is its two enameled cast iron baking plates, which are perfectly smooth and heated evenly and consistently by the Incoloy heating element. To bake perfect crêpes, simply heat the plates to 200-220 degrees Celsius. Thanks to the excellent heat transfer, the crêpes turn out uniformly golden brown. After just about a minute, two crêpes are ready to serve.
