The surface is divided into two sections, each with its own independent temperature control. Thanks to two powerful heating elements, the appliance is evenly heated to the edge and ready to use after just 8 minutes of preheating. Any cooking juices are collected in the drip tray. The tray is dishwasher-safe, and the grill surface can be quickly wiped clean with a cloth.
