This gives you a large 600 x 400 mm cooking surface for meat, fish, vegetables, pancakes, and more. The decarbonized steel plate transfers heat evenly and without loss directly to the food. You can cook your food at a temperature between 250 and 300 °C. Beneath the plate are two heating elements that can be individually controlled as needed, as well as a removable drip tray.
