This small multi-functional oven offers a variety of cooking options in a compact space thanks to its modern infrared quartz technology with Turbo Quartz® function. The oven reaches a temperature of 270°C in less than 10 minutes. The Turbo Quartz® technology allows the internal temperature to be increased by an additional 30°C, thus saving 30% of the cooking time. For perfect cooking results, you can choose between the following modes: 1. Fan-assisted cooking: Cooking, reheating, defrosting; 2. Baking: Fan-assisted and bottom heat for baking cakes or bread; 3. Infrared top heat (salamander function) for glazing, melting, and browning; 4. Turbo Quartz® technology: The quartz tubes at the top and bottom emit infrared radiation (1050°C) that penetrates the food and is converted into heat inside. This process gently cooks the food. Combined with the convection function, this is the ideal technology for odor-, smoke-, and fat-free baking, roasting, grilling, and cooking, preserving the flavor and nutritional value of the food. The convection oven is particularly user-friendly. A 120-minute timer and interior lighting facilitate operation.
