The stainless steel components
Our products are characterized by the use of high-quality materials and professional, high-quality workmanship. The material is completely machine-ground, and all welds are cleanly executed.
The dimensions of the vertical posts are 80 x 60 mm and a reinforced wall thickness of 3 mm.

The wooden elements
Completely finished posts made of untreated, pollutant-free larch wood measuring 9 x 9 cm, 200 cm long.
All edges and cut surfaces are softly rounded, the upper end is beautifully semi-circular.
The larch wood used is of very good quality, the wood is seedless and dried. We buy this wood directly from local sawmills that work according to our quality requirements
One Treatment with wood preservatives is not required . Even boat docks are made from this extremely robust wood. Therefore, no harmful substances escape from the wood, as is the case with pressure-treated softwoods. Furthermore, the wood has an elegant appearance, which, together with the stainless steel bar, makes the gymnastics bar a highlight of your garden.
Of course, you are free to color the wood for aesthetic reasons with wood preservative oil, paint, glaze, or similar.
Delivery including galvanized H-post support for embedding in concrete in the ground.
Please note that the lower mounting holes for the H-post supports are not pre-drilled. These must be drilled on site using a 12mm drill bit.
Attaching and adjusting the gymnastic bars
Standard version for normal gymnastics and pull-up activities
The standard delivery includes a welded, CNC-machined turntable at both ends, each equipped with an M12 thread. Additionally, the two contact surfaces facing the post are knurled to prevent the bars from spinning.
The gymnastics bar is screwed from the outside with a central screw connection and is thus held reliably.
This design is particularly suitable for use as a pull-up bar. Combined with the optional quick-adjustment system, the height of the bar can be quickly adjusted.
Special design for maximum loads
A version with two welded mounting brackets is available for an additional charge. Two M12 screws per side hold the rod. Furthermore, the wall thickness of the rod is 3 mm, compared to 2.5 mm in the standard version.
This reliably prevents the bar from rotating even under heavy loads, e.g. during swinging exercises.
The screws are designed as lens head screws so that there is no risk of injury from protruding screw heads on the inside of the gymnastics bar.
The screw connection on the outside also has no sharp edges and is carried out using self-locking cap nuts.
Adjusting the gymnastic bars
In the stainless steel range with quick adjustment:
The gymnastic bar is attached and the height is adjusted using two M12 star grip screws.
For this purpose, the gymnastics bar features a CNC-milled turned part at both ends, each equipped with an M12 thread. Additionally, the two contact surfaces facing the post are knurled to effectively prevent the bars from spinning.
The height of the gymnastic bars can therefore be adjusted without the use of tools.
Quick adjustment of the gymnastic bars
For both of the mounting types described above, we have developed a quick adjustment system that differs slightly in its structure. Both versions are characterized by the fact that you can quickly adjust the height of the pole without tools.
Standard version with an M12 central screw
The central screw has a solid star grip, which you can use to tighten the rod on each side.
Special version with welded tabs
For this version we supply per side 2 strong star grip nuts with which you can quickly tighten or loosen the two M12 screws.
In the larch wood sector:
Adjusting the height of the bar is very simple and hassle-free. The bar can be loosened using a screwdriver via the welded locking tab, the bar can be inserted into a new position, and then the tab can be reattached with the two screws, making sure it is absolutely twist-proof.

Assembly and installation of the trim station
The system can be installed anywhere. The posts are secured in approximately 60 cm deep concrete foundations.
The stainless steel posts are cast directly into the concrete, the wooden posts into galvanized H-post supports.
For easy assembly you will receive:
- All necessary elements and fittings are included. All that's missing is the ready-mixed concrete mix (available in bags at hardware stores).
- Assembly instructions including foundation plan and elevation sketches
- Threaded rods including screw connections for millimeter-precise alignment of the system
Alignment using threaded rods
The parallel, vertical and flush alignment of the posts to each other is of great importance for a stable installation of the system. threaded rods With the M12 size bolts and the gymnastic bars, the system can be precisely aligned before concreting. This ensures the post spacing is maintained to the millimeter until the concrete hardens.
Floor design
The surface can be laid using grass, but even better properties are offered by impact protection mats or impact protection tiles. These products are available in square or rectangular shapes in various colors from specialist retailers. These mats offer better impact absorption than grass.
In combination with the wood and stainless steel products, you can also achieve a visually appealing design for your play area.
