The Comfort-Line lifting platform is optimally equipped and therefore ideal for professional use in workshops.
It features automatic safety latch release and two-stage height-adjustable turntables with a minimum swivel height of approximately 85 mm. The lift also has three-section telescopic support arms for a large lifting range.
Depending on the vehicle type, the columns can be built either symmetrically or asymmetrically.
The asymmetrical design allows for optimal door opening clearance for cars with low door positions, while the symmetrical design offers more space between the pillars for wider vehicles; here you can choose between 2872 mm and 3016 mm passage width.
The height of the lifting platform can be individually selected depending on the ceiling or vehicle height, with a choice between 3867 mm and 4300 mm.
For convenient operation, the lift is equipped with an additional control box, allowing the TW242CEB4.3-G to be operated from both sides. It also features an anti-lift-up button, enabling precise lowering of the lift without prior automatic raising.
On the outside of each column there is a practical holder for plug adapters, which provides space for the safe storage of plug adapters.

The convenient control unit (protection class IP 54, 24 V control voltage) is equipped with a limit switch for limiting the stroke height and an automatic safety device for safe working.
Control unit
Two control units (one per column) ensure exceptional ease of use. The anti-lift-up button allows for precise lowering of the lift without it being automatically raised beforehand.

Powerful hydraulic unit with high-quality aluminum pump, overpressure safety valve and an industrial-grade electric motor, protected behind a robust motor cover.
2-stage turntable
The lifting platform features 2-stage height-adjustable turntables with a low swivel height of only 85 mm.
support arm lock
The automatic support arm locking mechanism ensures maximum safety.
Support arms
Flat, triple-telescoping, and angled support arms. The support arms can be configured symmetrically or asymmetrically, allowing for optimal door opening clearance or more space between columns.
Door stop protection
The door stop protector ensures the protection of your vehicle doors by preventing unintentional impact.
Column protection
The column protection cover protects the hydraulic cylinder from sparks during welding and grinding work. It offers a high level of safety and impresses with its attractive appearance.
