The Heavy-Line lifting platform is designed for daily professional workshop use.
With a lifting capacity of 6.0 t and 3-stage telescopic support arms , high-quality powder coating and turntables with anti-rotation protection, everything from small cars to vans, even with a long wheelbase (e.g. MB Sprinter, motorhomes), can be lifted without any problems. (see below for recommendations on vehicle types / wheelbases) .
On the outside of each column there is a Practical plug adapter holder that offers space for the safe storage of two plug adapters at a time.

Anti-lift-up button for precise lowering of the lifting platform without prior automatic raising. Also included is a... convenient 230V socket directly at the control box.
Please also see our Optional air kit available . The ideal complement to your 2-post lift (TW 260). It integrates into the engine cover.

control unit
The convenient control unit (protection class IP 54 and 24 V control voltage) is equipped with a limit switch for stroke height limitation and an automatic safety device for safe operation.

Powerful hydraulic unit with high-quality aluminum pump, overpressure safety valve and an industrial-grade electric motor, protected behind a robust motor cover.
support arm lock
The support arm locking mechanism and the mechanical synchronization control via steel cables ensure maximum safety.
Support arms
Flat, triple-telescoping, and angled support arms for sports cars. The asymmetrical design of the support arms allows for an exceptionally wide door opening.
Door stop protection
The door stop protector ensures the protection of your vehicle doors by preventing unintentional impact.
Column protection
The column protection cover protects the hydraulic cylinder from sparks during welding and grinding work. It offers a high level of safety and impresses with its attractive appearance.
Flat drive-over plate
The drive-over plate of the lifting platform is only 40 mm high.
2-stage turntable
The lifting platform features 2-stage height-adjustable turntables with a low swivel height of only 96 mm.
Anti-lift-up button
Anti-lift-up button for precise lowering of the lifting platform without prior automatic lifting.
230V socket
A convenient 230V socket is located directly at the switch box for added convenience.
Plug adapter
Each column's outer side features a convenient plug adapter holder that provides space for the safe storage of two plug adapters.
Accesories TW236PE-AIR
The optionally available Air-Kit integrates into the motor cover above the control unit and serves as an additional compressed air connection.
Accessories TWLED-2
The TWLED-2 LED lighting system (available separately) consists of four flexible and magnetic LED light strips, a transformer, power and connection cables, a remote control, and the necessary mounting and installation materials. These LED lights provide pleasant illumination in any color and brightness level.
Accesories TW260RAD
The optionally available wheel gripper set TW260RAD is suitable for vehicles with a wheelbase of up to 3000 mm. It offers optimal accessibility, for example when changing batteries.
