Drive-on scissor lift 4.2 t - TWSA-42U-G
Drive-on scissor lift for flush installation with integrated wheel-free lift.
The integrated wheel-free lift allows the entire vehicle (car) to be lifted with all four wheels. Furthermore, the TWSA-42U-G features guide rails in the carriages, enabling the use of an additional axle-free lift (TW445-W).
For axle alignment, a ratchet system for setting into the safety notches.
Rear swing plates and recesses with 6 insert plates for turntables allow for a very flexible application range from small to large wheelbase.
With integrated LED lighting on the left and right sides of the roadway along its entire length.
Also ideally suited as a receiving platform or as a headlight testing station.

TWSA-42U-G - Overview
Wheel alignment
The drive-on scissor lift is ideally suited as a wheel alignment lift because it features sliding plates at the rear. These sliding plates provide the necessary relief for the wheel suspension, thus enabling precise and reliable measurement results.
control unit
The control unit (24 V / IP 54) in conjunction with two limit switches and CE stop ensures a high level of safety and ease of use.
hydraulic cylinder
Four powerful, hard-chrome-plated hydraulic cylinders ensure powerful lifting and lowering.
Anti-lift-up button
The anti-lift-up button allows for precise lowering of the lifting platform. Pressing this button temporarily overrides the automatic function (timer relay) of the lifting platform.
Wheel-free lift
With integrated wheel-free lift and extendable vehicle supports for an extended lifting surface.
insert plates
The drive-on scissor lift is equipped with insert plates that increase the versatility of the lift and allow for quick and precise positioning of optional accessories, such as turntables.
Roll-off protection devices
Vehicle roll-off protection devices prevent the vehicle from rolling off the ground, thus ensuring additional safety.
Swivel joints
All swivel joints and bearing points are equipped with DIN grease nipples and brass bushings, making them particularly wear-resistant.
LED lighting
The lifting platform is equipped with integrated LED lighting along the entire length of the roadway, both left and right.
