Drive-on scissor lift 5.0 t – TWSA-50U-G
The drive-on scissor lift is designed for flush installation and features an integrated wheel-free lift and a joint play tester.
The integrated wheel-free lift, with an extension of up to 2200 mm, allows the complete vehicle up to 4000 kg (passenger car) to be lifted with all four wheels.
Furthermore, the TWSA-50U-G has guide rails in the roadways, which allows the use of an additional axle lift for lifting vans.
The rear vibration plates (with pneumatic fixing) and front recesses with 6 insert plates for turntables allow for a very flexible application range from small to large wheelbase.
In addition, the lifting platform is equipped with integrated LED lighting on both sides of the roadway.
The joint play tester is included in the scope of delivery and is controlled via a radio remote control integrated into the LED hand lamp.
For axle alignment, a ratchet system is provided that allows for safe lowering into the safety notches and is therefore also ideally suited as a receiving platform or as a headlight testing station.

Swivel joints
All swivel joints and bearing points are equipped with DIN grease nipples and brass bushings, making them particularly wear-resistant.
Joint play tester
The joint play tester is included in the scope of delivery and is controlled via a radio remote control integrated into the LED hand lamp.
LED lighting
The lifting platform is equipped with integrated LED lighting along the entire length of the roadway, both left and right.
