Database with axle measurement parameters for more than 20,000 vehicle types.
The TW115 system determines and calculates the following axle parameters on the vehicle:
Front axle: individual and total track including toe curve, camber, caster, kingpin inclination, and included angles. Rear axle: individual and total track, and camber. Also included: wheelbase, wheel offset, track width, and axle offset.
It is possible to enter your own data into the database. CCD sensor measuring heads with integrated LCD Display For quick reading of values on the wheel, battery-operated (charging electronics integrated into the system), High-resolution infrared 8-beam measurement , wireless communication via Bluetooth to the computer.

Our wheel alignment software is currently not compatible with Windows 11, please do not upgrade to Windows 11!

Measurement mode freely selectable between quick measurement with two sensors (front axle measurement) or measurement of the complete axle geometry using four sensors. The sensor measuring heads can be individually calibrated after replacement. Ultra Low Chassis and Bodykit measurement mode for extremely low vehicles. Demo mode for training (all functions without vehicle/sensors). Special modes for VAG, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, etc. Pre-selection of the measurement display in degrees/minute, degrees 1/100, mm, and inches.
Optional updates for the database/software are available via email.
