Brake test stand. The computer automatically guides the user step by step through each test.
The wheel alignment tester is used for quickly checking the toe angle of the front and rear axles, but it does not replace a precise wheel alignment. If deviations are detected, a professional wheel alignment must be performed. The unit of measurement is m/km (meters per kilometer), and the readings are displayed digitally.
The chassis tester checks the functionality of the vehicle's shock absorbers, testing according to the EUSAMA principle, during which the wheel loads are determined. The measured values are displayed digitally and analogously. The measurement curve can also be viewed later in the results.
The roller brake tester is used to check the vehicle brakes for sufficient and consistent function. The measured values are displayed digitally and analogously.
The computer-controlled test bench also features an all-wheel drive test program.
The test bench complies with the current brake test bench guideline 2011-04-12, published in the Federal Transport Gazette (VkBl. No. 9 of 14.05.2011, p.354).
If a periodic technical inspection (PTI) according to § 29 of the German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO) is to be carried out on a vehicle, all brake test stands newly put into service (since October 1, 2011) must comply with this directive. Existing test stands may only be used for PTIs until December 31, 2019.
The TWIN BUSCH test benches comply in all aspects with the current directive, which includes specific requirements, e.g. the test bench must have a minimum roller diameter, the rollers must have a certain coefficient of friction, the test speed is prescribed and an ASA livestream point must be available (the ASA livestream interface can be used from 01.07.2015, it serves to read out the measured values by the TÜV inspector).
