Self-centering 4-jaw clamping system with a large clamping range from 12" (305 mm) outer diameter to 26" (661 mm) inner diameter for cars and light commercial vehicles, made of special steel for high stability and durability. The integrated air booster in the clamping jaws ensures efficient and powerful clamping force during tire mounting.
pressure cylinder
Powerful side-mounted bead breaker cylinder with a bead breaking force of 2500 kg for efficient and powerful bead breaking of tires.
Monday head
The mounting head ensures precise and secure tire installation. With replaceable plastic glides, it protects the rims from damage and adapts to different rim types to guarantee quick and efficient tire mounting.
Mounting arm 1
The auxiliary mounting arm is equipped with a bead roller, a depressor, a plate and a centering cone.
Mounting arm 2
The pneumatically tiltable mounting arm with automatic distance control ensures a distance of 2-3 mm, thus enabling gentle mounting of the rim.
Maintenance unit
Industrial maintenance unit with pressure reducer, water separator and air lubricator.
tire inflator
Comfortable and easy-to-use tire inflator for simple and precise tire inflation.
air tank
The air tank enables uninterrupted use of the assembly machine by providing sufficient air pressure for the assembly arm, the pedals and the air booster built into the clamping jaws.

Five conveniently operable foot pedals enable intuitive and ergonomic operation of the tilting arm, direction of rotation, clamping jaws, tire inflator and tire bead breaker functions.
