Elegant and exclusive infrared rotisserie, specially designed for the demanding conditions of supermarkets. Available in three sizes, each with two rows of skewers. Standard construction is stainless steel, with a finishing frame, decorative trim, and a rotisserie emblem. All units feature a central gearbox. A large grease collection tray is located beneath the skewers. Heating is provided by special ceramic infrared emitters. Each heating element has its own energy regulator. A timer with memory function and an audible signal indicate when the timer expires. Optionally available in various enamel finishes and with different fittings. Dimensions shown do not include the hood.
