Heating is provided by extra-flat, high-performance surface heating elements, guaranteeing gentle and even warmth throughout the entire unit. At an ideal temperature of 65° to 75°C, products are kept hot and fresh, ready to serve at any time. Minimal cooking losses ensure optimal product quality. All units can be flexibly loaded using 1/1 GN containers. All units are also available with independently controlled humidification for an even better hot food environment and greater versatility.
